Be Accurate and Detailed
Your account from the field can be as detailed as you’d like. Accurate information is key and will be used to inform park management decisions.
Report Each Location Separately
Enter a separate report for each location you survey. If you survey multiple locations in one day, your start and end times can cover your whole day and look the same in both reports.
Enter Data Promptly
Getting data entered in a timely manner helps us keep track of problem locations or bird behavior.
Count Travel Time
Include your drive time to and from the park as volunteer hours. This counts as volunteer time.
